Study Abroad

A Study Abroad Program provides you the opportunity to gain cultural experiences and academic knowledge.

Required credit hours for Study Abroad course may vary.

 

President’s Top Hawks Study Abroad Opportunity Award (one time; maximum value $4,500)

***This award is only for students that were awarded the President’s Top Hawks Study Abroad Opportunity Award as part of their President’s Distinguished Scholarship.

To participate, the student must meet the following requirements:

 

• Earned 75 college level credit hours at ULM
  
  
• Earned 24 credit hours at ULM, each academic year (July-June).  Dual Enrollment of Collegiate credit earned at ULM may be included to make up for any deficiencies during the first year of study but not for subsequent terms.  AP, credit by exam and CLEP may not be included
  
  
• Be enrolled in 12+ credit hours each fall and spring
  
  
• Have a minimum of 3.5 cumulative GPA at time of participation
