MONROE, LA – The University of Louisiana Monroe campus closes at 11:30 a.m., Friday, December 15,
for the holiday break. The university reopens Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at 7:30 a.m.
Classes for the spring 2023 semester begin Tuesday, January 16.
ULM Food Services
All food service locations will be closed through January 1. Some will reopen with
limited hours on January 2, 2024. All food service locations will resume regular hours
on January 16, 2024.
Bookstore
The ULM Bookstore in Sandel Hall holiday hours are:
12/18 - 12/21 - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
12/22 - 12/25 - closed for Christmas
12/26 - 12/29 - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
1/1/24 - closed for New Year’s Day
Library
The ULM Library reopens on Tuesday, Jan. 2.
Residential Life
Residence halls reopen Friday, Jan. 12, and Saturday, Jan 13, for Spring 2024 Move-In.
The check-in time for both days is 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and the check-in will be at the Activity
Center. Please make sure your fee bill is paid or a payment plan is set up and you
are registered for classes prior to move-in.
The Fall 2024 housing application goes live at 8 a.m. Monday, Jan. 1 at https://www.ulm.edu/reslife/fall-application.html.
ULM Activity Center
The ULM Activity Center, including the Food Pantry, will close at 7:00 p.m. on Friday,
December 15 and reopen at 6:00 a.m. on January 2, 2024.
Faith organizations
Campus faith organizations are closed for the holiday break.
