Bachelor of Music in Music Education
The Bachelor of Music in Music Education at ULM leads to K-12 music teacher certification
in the state of Louisiana. The primary focus of the program is to develop the best
teachers possible with an emphasis in elementary general music and secondary choral
and instrumental music.
Our music education alumni teach at various school districts around the United States.
Many of our alumni have also continued their education by pursuing graduate degrees
at institutions across the country.
