What is OneDrive for Business? Video & Documentation from Microsoft
OneDrive for Business is a cloud storage solution that is included with the ULM implementation of Office 365. OneDrive is a Microsoft web-hosted environment that provides you with file storage in an online folder that is managed and protected on Microsoft cloud servers. This allows you to access your files securely from anywhere using a web browser or your mobile devices.
IMPORTANT: OneDrive for Business is NOT the same as the Consumer OneDrive service provided by Microsoft for personal use. If you have a personal or Consumer OneDrive account, it should only be used for your non-work related files and data. Do NOT store ULM work related files and data on your personal Consumer OneDrive account. OneDrive for Business should be used to store work-related files and data. OneDrive for Business is provided to ULM faculty and staff to enhance productivity and collaboration.
