The Copy Center is equipped with a high-speed, multifunction, 110-page-per-minute copier. The copier can duplex, collate, staple, and 3-hole punch. Shrink-wrapping and electronic (.pdf) file conversion services are available. A shredder is available to destroy bad copies or old material.
Copy forms are available on left-side of this Webpage under FORMS and forms are available for walk-up service at the Copy Center.

Four satellite copier locations are available for faculty use: Caldwell 217, CNSB 6, Strauss 266 and Hanna 329. Each satellite location has a ULM phone if you have questions or problems.
Please call 342-5005 with questions or to report technical problems. Provisions supplied: stapler, staple puller, 3-hole punch, pencils, pens, tape, paper shredder, paper cutter and counter work space.
Use your Faculty ID card to access the room and to login to the machine by card-swipe. If you are the first to copy or if there has been a 4-hour lapse in copy time, the Canon copier will take approx. 3 minutes 45 seconds to warm up.
After this when you swipe your card it is good for 60 seconds, should you complete your copy job before you have timed out press QUIT ENTER on the card reader.
While no limits on the number of copies exist, departments will be charged at a rate of $0.03 per copy. Two-sided copies will be billed as two copies.
Faculty can pick up their documents at the copy center during regular business hours.
Sensitive material like exams will be handled only by the professional staff until they are shrink-wrapped or shredded. It is recommended sensitive materials be picked up by the person submitting the job. This type of material will be stored in a secure area in the Copy Center until they are picked up.
Please use the Copy Center as your first resource. It provides the most complete service to you and is open Monday-Thursday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 11:30 am.
Jobs submitted by 12 noon will be ready the next business day by 7:30 am. Both the hours of operation and turn-around time will be adjusted if necessary.
