Vending Machines and Refunds

The Office of Auxiliary Enterprises has responsibilities for the reporting of customer service issues including vending service and vending refunds.

 

To report vending problems or for refunds, please Note the vending machine outlet number  and call 318-342-5242.

 

Refunds require a claim form be completed, including the Outlet or Asset Number, in the Office of Auxiliary Enterprises located in the Strauss Hall, Room 260.

 

The hours of operation for the Office of Auxiliary Enterprises are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
