Restaurant Sushic "rolls" into service
While some students may prefer the home-style meals they can often find at Schulze Cafeteria, others may prefer the taste of something a little more exotic.
That's why ULM's newest restaurant offering, Sushic, was met was such enthusiasm during its grand opening celebration on Thursday, Sept. 8, in the Student Union Building.
Sushic joins other venues such as Subway, Chick-fil-A, and GrilleWorks, to offer ULM students a wide variety of food choices.
The grand opening was celebrated with a live DJ, martial arts demonstration, sushi rolling demonstrations and a performance featuring Alpha Fraternity.
"We are always considering new and exciting options that we hope will enhance everyone's dining experiences while here on the ULM campus," said Aramark Food Services Director Robert Hoag.
"We invite all students, as well as the public, to enjoy our newest restaurant."
