VAPA Day scheduled at ULM Nov. 2
Wednesday, Nov. 2, is VAPA Day at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Area high school juniors and seniors are invited to see what the ULM School of Visual and Performing Arts has to offer.
Students have an opportunity to witness excerpts from recent and upcoming VAPA productions, attend rehearsals by VAPA music ensembles and check out classes in Theatre, Dance and Art, and Interior Design.
Interested area students may also tour the facilities and receive useful information about pursuing majors and minors in the VAPA area, as well as gain information about scholarships and talent grants.
"This is an excellent opportunity for students considering ULM to meet the faculty and to see how the arts could be a significant part of their college experience," said VAPA Associate Dean Matthew James.
Online registration is available at www.ulm.edu/vapaday.
