ULM alum retires after 40 years in education
After 40 years in and out of education as an employee, liaison and volunteer across seven states, Kay Roper, University of Louisiana at Monroe graduate, (B.A., ‘70), is retiring from education.
Roper worked in 10 schools across the country benefitting thousands of children and is leaving her profession in order to spend more time with her family and volunteer in the community.
Roper and her husband, retired Army Col. Everette Roper, (B.A. ’69), live in Enterprise, Ala.
