Jennifer Mann, a ULM graduate student of history, will present her paper, "A Woman of the American Revolution: Politics and the Secret Pen of Mercy Otis Warren."
Chad Shelley, a graduate student from Louisiana Tech will present a paper, "Eisenhower and the Second Berlin Crisis, November 1958-April 1959."
Faculty from each of the respective institutions will produce papers.
ULM History Professor H. P. Jones will present "Louisiana Opinion on the Crimean War as Expressed in the Newspapers," while Associate Professor Jeffery R. Hankins of Louisiana Tech will present "Historiography: England under the Tudors."
After the dinner, Brown will present a paper titled, "The US Army's Role in Forced Repatriation of Soviet Citizens in Post-World War II Austria."
