ULM College of Business students to present at national conference
Four students in the College of Business Administration at the University of Louisiana at Monroe were selected to present a paper at the Federation of Business Disciplines' annual meeting. The group will present in the student track in the Decision Science Institute Southwest Region, March 3-6, in Dallas.
The group includes Aboubacar Oumarou, Valerya Posylnaya, Balkissa Sani and Salman Tahsin, four MBA students and graduate assistants for the College of Business. Their paper is titled "An Investigation of College Students' Perception about Business Careers."
The paper examines the perception of college students regarding business careers, and their views on the impact caused by the current economic crisis on business related jobs.
