Kuanliang previously acted as a consultant for the department and is a member of the advisory board of the Thailand Juvenile Justice Reform Project.
“One of the highlights of this trip was a workshop on the juvenile justice system. While there, Kuanliang was invited to a conference at the Office of Justice Affairs to discuss drug policies in Thailand with Her Royal Highness Princess Bajra Kitiyabha, Office of Justice Affairs Director Vitaya Suriyawong and various Thai officials, as well as students and professors from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.
