Biology department spring seminar series; next up is March 14 opportunity
The ULM Department of Biology has scheduled several educational seminars during the spring 2008 semester, with the next seminar Friday, March 14. All seminars will occur at 1 p.m. in the Chemistry and Natural Science Building, room 101.
Nick Ratterman of Texas A&M University will discuss “The use of chemical cues in the Gulf Pipefish (Sygnathus scovelli)” Friday, March 14.
On Friday, April 4, Eric Janson of Vanderbilt University will speak about “Diversification in a community context: the effect of plant symbionts and natural enemies on the radiation of a phytophagous insect.”
