The University of Louisiana at Monroe Small Business Development Center will provide a Managing Customer Relations For Higher Sales And Profits Workshop Tuesday, March 4 from 6 – 8 p.m. in the ULM Administration Building, room 2-105. There is a $10 cost per person.
The major key for small business success is the retention of current customers. Experts estimate it costs six times more to acquire a new customer than it does to retain a current customer. This two-hour seminar will provide important information on customer retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth through retaining current customers. Preregistration is required. For more information and registration, contact the ULM SBDC at: (318) 342-1224.
