Brown publishes article in professional journal

Ralph W. Brown III, assistant professor of history at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, has published an article, titled “U.S. Army Intelligence in Vienna” in the first issue of the Journal of Intelligence, Propaganda, and Security Studies.

“I am pleased to contribute to the first issue of the journal for the Austrian Center for Intelligence, Propaganda, and Security Studies, housed in Graz, Austria," said Brown.
