Electronic portfolios session April 26
ULM faculty, staff and students can learn how to post their resumes, curriculum vitas and portfolios online in an attractive, easy-to-use format Thursday, April 26, from 2 – 3 p.m., in room 3-91 in the Administration Building.
Kristine Blair, a professor and chair of the English Department at Bowling Green State University, will host the event entitled, "Digital Literacies and Electronic Portfolios: Constructing a Professional Identity."
Blair has taught courses in classroom technologies, language arts, fully online writing courses for adult learners, doctoral-level courses in
computer-mediated writing theory, research methodologies, and fully online courses that prepare English teachers to teach online.
The event, which is free, is sponsored by the English departments at ULM and Tech, where Blair will also present a session, and by the GarNet Electronic-Learning Working Group of ULM.
