- hold and release payroll checks once monthly for student workers and graduate assistants
- hold and release accounts payable checks on a weekly basis

- issue temporary petty cash for on-campus activities such as theater events and fundraisers
- change orders for departments
In addition, the bank will continue to accept student payments in the form of cash, check or credit card for the following: tuition and related fees, parking fees and fines, student loan payments, concert tickets, immunization fees, student ID fees, nursing student fees, pharmacy student fees, application and reservation fees for on-campus residents, and payments to Warhawk Express.
The bank will also accept deposits from departments to university general ledger accounts.
Employees and students will see some familiar faces by way of Jerry Futch and James "Skip" Portman, former Indian Bank employees who retired from ULM and decided to remain on and work for La Capitol FCU.
La Capitol FCU will maintain regular banking hours of operation Mondays – Fridays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The La Capitol FCU will be located at 4031 Northeast Dr., University Commons II, Suite 2152, joining Starbucks, SACS, and Aramark’s C-3 convenience store in providing quality services to ULM students, faculty and staff.
