ULM Chapter of the Associated Professional Educators of Louisiana to Host the Millennium Teachers Symposium
On Saturday, April 1 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., the ULM chapter of the Associated Professional Educators of Louisiana (APEL) will host the Millennium Teachers Symposium in the ULM Nursing Building Auditorium.
The symposium, geared toward education majors and newly employed teachers, will feature Gene A. Bedley, a nationally recognized educator from Orange County, Calif. He will present, “Discipline and Anger Management for the Difficult Student.”
The event is open to students and the general public. Interested individuals must register by March 27. To register, visit www.apeleducators.org. The cost is $40; APEL members attend free of charge.
