Multiple Chautauqua Nexus Events Scheduled
Dr. Wayne Brumfield, Vice President for
Student Affairs, was scheduled to host a Chautauqua Nexus event
tonight, but it has been canceled.
The next scheduled nexus is on Friday, September 23, when Prasanna
Meenakshi will speak about the "Origin of the Hindu Caste
System in India" on the 6th Floor of the ULM Library. This
event begins at 5:15 p.m.
Two additional Chautauqua Nexus events are scheduled at ULM next
week. The first nexus will occur on Thursday, September 29 on
the 6th Floor of the ULM Library. Mikko Kemppe will host "Understanding
Differences Between Males and Females." The event begins
at 7:15 p.m.
On Friday, September 30, David Sims will speak about "Science
for Religion and Religion for Science" on the 6th Floor
of the ULM Library. This event begins at 5:15 p.m.
All Chautauqua events are open to the
public. There is no cost to attend. For more information, contact
