ULM Plans Third Annual Mardi Gras Ball
The Student Government Association at the University of Louisiana at Monroe is planning the third annual Mardi Gras Ball, which will be held Thursday, February 3 from 9 p.m.- midnight at the Atrium Ballroom (2001 Louisville Avenue) in Monroe.
ULM students will be admitted free with tickets. Student tickets will be available at the SGA office (Rm. #200-A) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the Student Union Building. Faculty, staff and alumni tickets can be purchased from Dr. Martha Upshaw, SGA Advisor, for $5. All ticket sales begin Tuesday, January 25. Tickets are limited and will be available on a first come-first serve basis.
A DJ will be on hand as well as hors d'oeuvres. Attire for
the ball will be formal. Alcohol will be served to those of age
only. Please bring your ID. A shuttle bus service will be available
for the evening.
ULM students will have the opportunity to vote online for Mardi
Gras King and Queen on January 27 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. The
ballot will be found at http://www.ulm.edu/mardigras/.
