Student Art Exhibition Now Showing at Wesley Art Gallery
The Wesley Art Gallery at the Northeast Campus Ministry Facility is currently showing a One-person Award Exhibition in Printmaking by Zack Sims of Hernando, MS, a senior art education major in the Division of Art at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
On display are achromatic relief prints in the form of portrait and self-portrait imaging, as well as self-portrait images in acrylic painting on canvas and graphite drawings on paper. Also on display are landscape and figurative acrylic paintings on canvas, non-objective paintings on paper, and graphite still life drawings.
One-persons award exhibitions at the Wesley Art Gallery are prizes presented each spring at the Annual Arts Quest, a juried competition for ULM students and alumni.
Located at 112 Delano Drive on the ULM Campus, the Northeast Campus Ministry Wesley Art Gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays. The Sims exhibition will continue through February 12.
