ACT Preparation For High School Students At ULM
The University of Louisiana at Monroe will be offering ACT Preparation for area high school students via Compressed Video in the Epscor Room 335 of the ULM Library on Saturday, Sept. 28 and Saturday Oct. 5, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. This training will prepare students to improve scores on the Oct. 26th, 2002 ACT.
In addition to teaching skill and strategies, the students will take a practice ACT Test. Donna Underwood will teach English/reading. Kathi Smart will teach math/reasoning. The fee is $125.00.
ULM's Director of Continuing Education, Martha Upshaw, says, "These women are both highly experienced educators who want to make a difference for both students and faculty. They each carry 30 years of experience. They also each have 10 years of experience with ACT Preparation for students."
