The University Of Louisiana At Monroe announces 2001 Homecoming Court
The University of Louisiana at Monroe announces the 2001 Homecoming court.
The court is as follows:
Homecoming King Jesse Hartle, III, a senior pre-law major from
Monroe, is sponsored by the SGA.
Julia Barnhill, a junior speech communication major from Monroe,
is sponsored by Kappa Delta.
Lakesha Bennett, a senior broadcast news major from Shreveport,
is sponsored by Interdenominational Ensemble.
Shayla Brentley, a freshman broadcast news major from West Monroe,
is sponsored by Kappa Alpha Psi.
Janie Charlot, a junior pre-pharmacy major from Church Point,
is sponsored by Alpha Phi Alpha.
Amy Doner, senior pharmacy major from Quitman, is sponsored by
Phi Lambda Sigma.
Ashley Dougherty, a senior public relations major from Monroe,
is sponsored by the SGA.
Shataka Figgins, a junior criminal justice major from Alexandria,
is sponsored by Zeta Phi Beta Sigma.
Kristal Gentry, a junior marketing major from Monroe, is sponsored
by the Little Indians.
Angela Hillman, a senior general studies major from Monroe, is
sponsored by the Honors Program.
Sharonda Williams, a senior toxicology major from Lake Charles,
is sponsored by Tau Omicron Chi.
New to ULM this year, the Homecoming Queen will be named at halftime
at ULM's Homecoming game against North Texas on Saturday, October
6th at 6:00 p.m. in Malone Stadium.
