The University of Louisiana Monroe Campus Activities Board and Office of Student Life and Leadership are having a campus walk, “Together We Walk,” beginning at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17.

The walk “ … to further our university’s commitment to diversity and equity, safety and respect for all on our campus … ” will be led by ULM student and CAB President John McKeel.
Students, faculty, and staff, and the community are invited to join in the walk beginning at the library, across the bridge on Northeast Drive, down the sidewalk on Bayou DeSiard behind Schultz Dining Hall, across the pedestrian bridge and ending at Bayou Park.
A registration table will be in front of the library bell tower. The first 100 to register will receive free food from Kravins Food Truck. Food will be available for purchase.
Water will be provided and there will be tents and chairs.
For the health of all participants, the wearing of face masks and practicing social distancing is encouraged.
