The University of Louisiana Monroe Gerontology program’s third annual conference on
Age and Aging is Wednesday, Dec. 2. The theme is chronic illnesses.
This year’s conference is virtual, via Zoom from 1-4 p.m.
Speakers from the Louisiana Department of Health and Vantage Health Plan will focus
on issues relating to cardiovascular health, arthritis, and osteoporosis. The conference
will include a panel discussion on chronic illnesses among minority populations.
