The Homecoming theme this year is “Back to the Bayou,” and the events for each day of the week will highlight different decades from years past.

Monday, Sept. 28:
Spirit Day begins at 11 a.m. with the Art Project: I Love ULM Wall unveiling in Bayou
Park.
The Chennault Museum will have a special display in the Quad from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The kick off Pep Rally is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. at Malone Stadium. This year’s Homecoming
Court will be presented.
Tuesday, Sept. 29:
The ULM Ski Team will perform at Alumni Heritage Park at 5 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 30:
The University Mile starts at 5:30 p.m. The run begins at Hemphill Hall with pre-registration
at the Activity Center.
Thursday, Oct. 1:
Robert Stephens, founder of the Geek Squad, speaks at 6 p.m. at the Business Symposium in Brown Auditorium.
Friday, Oct. 2:
The ULM Soccer team takes on Troy at 3 p.m. at the ULM Soccer Field.
At 6 p.m. ULM will introduce a new tradition, the 24-hour Ringing of the Bell at Malone Stadium. The bell signals the beginning of the weekend festivities and will resound over campus.
The ULM Volleyball team plays Appalachian State at 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 3:
The day begins with the Homecoming Awards Brunch at 10:00 a.m. in the University Conference
Center located on the 7th floor of the ULM Library.
The entire family is invited to watch as the Homecoming Parade
rolls through campus starting at the Library and ending in the Grove at 1:30 p.m.
After the parade, tailgating begins in the Grove at 2:30 p.m., and kids are invited to stop by the Alumni Tent at 3:00 p.m. to participate in a Coloring Contest.
The Warhawk Football Team takes on Georgia Southern at 6 p.m. in Malone Stadium.
