The ceremony was conducted by President Delia Valerio; Vice President Iren Marinova; and Secretary Wesley Welch. The officers were assisted by Sigma Delta Pi member Sarah Hayes.

Sigma Delta Pi was established to recognize the accomplishments of Spanish-learning students.
