ULM President Dr. Nick J. Bruno said this ranking is just another testimony to the quality of ULM’s platform.
“Over the years, the development of online programs has been undertaken in a manner that preserves the quality of our academic mission, while providing programs to those who choose to pursue their degree in this format,” he said.
“This fall, the university has re-emphasized the delivery of our online offerings. eULM, under the direction of Paula Thornhill, will add additional offerings and enhance services to those online learners.”
The website chose the best online college from each state. The list also includes the University of Arkansas, Auburn University, the University of Florida, Oregon State University, and many others.
The schools were chosen based on a set of factors such as academic excellence, faculty strength, online teaching methods, reputation, awards, and the number of online degree programs offered.
The site recognized ULM’s recent U.S. News and World Report rankings, the university’s variety of course offerings, and its service to online learners, which has spanned over a decade.
TheBestSchools.org also applauded eULM for providing its online students with the same course materials as those taking courses on campus.
