The University of Louisiana at Monroe’s Alumni Association will host its inaugural
Bayou Bash event from 5-7 p.m., on Saturday, July 19, at ULM’s Anna Gray Noe Alumni
Center, located at 4400 Bon Aire Drive.
Cost is $5 per person. Children 10 and under get in free.
“I am looking forward to hosting a family-friendly event which showcases the Warhawk
team spirit,” said Robin Underwood, director of alumni affairs.
Bayou Bash offers food, fun, and music in a community-oriented atmosphere.
According to Underwood, food served will include hot dogs, nachos, cotton candy, popsicles,
and Frito pies.
There will also be various activities throughout the event including crafts, a kids’
jumper, face painting, a photo booth, a Disc Jockey, and an alumni vs. faculty/staff
kickball game.
