The first workshop will be held from 6-8:30 p.m., on Tuesday, June 24, at the West Monroe Convention Center located at 901 Ridge Avenue.
Session two will be held from 6-8:30 p.m., on Wednesday, June 25, at Bastrop Visitor’s Center on 124 North Washington Street.
This workshop is highly recommended for all individuals interested in expanding or determining the feasibility of their restaurant or specialty food product.
Topics of discussion will include restaurant readiness, why restaurants fail and succeed, building a successful team, marketing specialty foods, mass producing your products, and expanding your operations.
