Finlay received two degrees from ULM—a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1989 and a Master of Music in 1994.
CCO is the second oldest annual professional summer opera festival and is the fifth-oldest opera company in the country.
As Director of Development, Finlay reports directly to the General and Artistic Director and is responsible for fundraising efforts of the company.
