The spring edition of “We Are: The University of Louisiana at Monroe,” received a silver award in the Institutional Relations Program, Project or Special Event category.
The publication was produced in 2013 by designer Kelsea McCrary, with photography by Terrance Armstard, and writing by ULM graduate, Julie Landry.
A silver award was also granted for a retrospective on the life of H. P. Jones written in 2013 titled, “ULM Celebrates the Life of Legendary History Professor “H.P.,” written by Laura Clark and Kiwana Sutton.
The Council for Advancement and Support of Education is a nonprofit association of educational institutions, serving professionals in alumni relations, communications, and marketing and development.
ULM is a member of the CASE Southwest District IV, which includes educational institutions across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mexico, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
A panel of judges chose finalists from several categories during a highly competitive selection process.
The winners received their awards at the CASE Deliver conference in Houston, Texas in late April.
